Refund policy

As each item is printed just for you, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of receipt of an incorrect product being supplied or the product is faulty, we offer a replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
