Welcome to Taltingan K.B. Pty Ltd trading as Designs for Aussie Babys (''we'', ''us'', ''our''. We are an Australian online retailer selling baby clothes. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Images

We source our products from reputable manufacturers and we use a third party to arrange printing of our images on garments. We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but colours and details may appear differently on your device. If you have any concerns about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Whilst we take care to select reputable suppliers who source quality clothing blanks from the manufacturers and their agents, we do not manufacture the clothing ourselves unless it is listed in Handmade.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. 

You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact, payment, and delivery information. Payment must be received before we dispatch your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to you once your order is shipped.

5. Returns and Australian Consumer Law

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe.

Returns and refunds are made in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Law. As all items are custom made, we do not refund for change of mind. 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including images we add) is owned by or licensed to us or our suppliers. You may not use our content without permission.

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of Liability
