Competition Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period:

Starts at 8:00am AEST on 16/11/2025. Closes at 8:00am AEST on 23/11/2025. 

Eligibility:

Entry is open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 must have parent/guardian permission. The entrant must:

·        be a current member of the MUMS n' BUBS LOGAN SMALL BUSINESS SELLING facebook group (Group),

·        like and comment on this post in the Group with the name of the baby they would like this for

·        like and follow Design for Aussie Babys Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61579712644830.

Employees of the promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Prize:      

One “New Born First Christmas Gift Pack,” comprising:

       ·        Kimmie the Kookaburra New Born Baby Bodysuit

       ·        Christmas Koala Greeting Card

       ·       Personalised First Xmas Ornament

Total recommended retail price (RRP): $55.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will occur within one (1) day of the closing date.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified via Facebook direct message within three (3) days of the draw. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If unclaimed, a new winner may be redrawn.

Prize Delivery:

The prize will be posted to the winner’s nominated Australian address within one week of claim, unless agreed otherwise

Privacy:

Personal details provided will be used only for the administration of this competition and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required for prize delivery.

General Conditions:

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.

The promoter may disqualify entries or redraw a winner if an entry is found to have breached these terms.

The promoter is not responsible for entries or notifications not received due to technical issues.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility relating to the competition.

The competition and these terms are governed by Queensland law.
